About NFL Dynasty

NFL Dynasty is a free browser game for football fans: spin a random franchise and decade, draft real players into a five-man lineup, and simulate a season to see if your roster can go 17-0. It's built and maintained independently by a football fan, with no accounts, no downloads and no paywall.

The game covers 3,132 rated players and team defenses from all 32 franchises across six decades, the 1970s through today. Every stat line is real; the ratings are our own, and the full method is published on How Ratings Work.

What you can do here

• Play four modes: Classic, GM Mode, the Daily Challenge, and the 16-0 Boss Fight against the 2007 Patriots.
• Browse every franchise's all-time roster by decade.
• Argue about the all-time rankings at every position.

What's new

• October 2026 — Team history pages for all 32 franchises, all-time rankings, a How to Play guide and a public ratings methodology. Data fix: Ottis Anderson's 1981 season moved to the Cardinals.
• July 2026 — 16-0 Boss Fight mode against the 2007 Patriots; a redesigned game picker; a Wordle-style share grid for the Daily Challenge; privacy policy.
• June 2026 — Launch with Classic mode, leaderboards and friend challenges; GM Mode with a $100 salary cap; the Daily Challenge (same boards for everyone, once a day, with streaks), later moved to salary-cap rules; era-adjusted ratings for every franchise since 1970.
